Our Vision

To succeed in planting at least one spiritually and numerically strong local church, actively preparing for the coming return of Jesus Christ, in every administrative village in the circle of Bafoulabé and beyond.

Our Mission

Mission Evangélique Chrétienne Agape’s mission is to be:

a human community of frank and sincere relationships within which love, mutual forgiveness, service, care, mutual aid and compassion reign
a home where families, friends, individuals, the old (men and women), the young (girls and boys), the marginalized, the disinherited, the desperate, the poor or destitute find safe shelter, food, clothing and human warmth
a center for learning and training in earthly and heavenly life and then working to develop their unique talents and a focus for radiating the gifts and talents of future leaders
an organization that is always seeking financial independence
a creative institution that exercises its initiatives in fulfilling its goals in life and sensitive to the surrounding community

Our Strategies

Raise a new generation of Malinke Christians. We want to place particular emphasis on evangelizing children and teenagers, especially street children and children given over to addictions.
Use the Business as Mission approach. For us, this means

Creating sustainable profits and wealth in the communities where we operate,
Providing jobs that give employees both income and dignity,
To seek spiritual capital and make disciples of Christ,
To promote stewardship of God’s creation.

Living with communities in their daily lives and adapting to them : Live with the communities in their daily lives and adapt to them: be farmers with the farmers, be gold miners in the mines, be small traders with the traders.

Our Partners

Global Discipleship Initiative

Global Discipleship Initiative (GDI)—in partnership with the local church—motivates, equips, and coaches pastors and Christian leaders to establish indigenous, MicroGroup-based, disciplemaking churches, both nationally and internationally.

Acts 29

Acts 29 exists to plant churches worldwide by recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting church planters. We offer church leaders decades of experience-proven training, guidance, and tools for planting churches designed to grow and thrive. The call to make disciples is answered most effectively through gospel-centered churches—join us in the mission.
